How to cope with breaking file downloads from MyDLP UI in Google Chrome v29

If you use Google Chrome v29, you will encounter a problem about downloading quarantined files, user certificate and weekly report from MyDLP UI. We have deeply searched this problem and we realize that this issue is about the this version of Google Chrome, not MyDLP!
